I've got a vibration also. . . and wanted to see if anyone knows the cause.
Driving around normally is fine, although there is also a peculiar vibration at 3500 rpm (not above it, not below it, and it's always there).
When I drive the car hard to redline, there is no vibration. However, when I come off the accelerator (ie. to shift), I feel a vibration through the gas pedal. This is accompanied by a rhythmic sound (waaa-waaa-waaa-waaa) that sounds like it's coming through the exhaust, or atleast vibrating through the exhaust. There is no vibration through the steering wheel or shifter.
I've tried inspecting the junction between the cat and the header (stock) piping. The bolts are all tightened down enough where the springs are as compressed as they are gonna get (for the length of bolt used). I also checked the area where the cat connects to the exhaust piping. All 3 bolts are usually as tight as they're gonna get. There are no visible exhaust leaks (no black carbon buildup). There is no exhaust to muffler connection, as that side of my exhaust is welded together.
Sorry for the length of the post guys. And thanks in advance for the help.

did you make sure the power steering hose isn't touching the strut tower bar?

Just checked. . .It's not. But thanks for the suggestion, Vactor.
What about my polyurethane motor mounts? Could the resulting vibration be a result from that?

Another thing I did was to check to see if any of the hanger points had any metal to metal contact. They didn't.
Could it also be a natural resonance from the muffler or resonator?

have a resonating sound between 3200-3400 rpm in every gear.
I found out it was due to my A pipe having a broken weld inside of it, cuz there are two pipes, and I guess on integras, the inside pipe a lot of times has a crack in the weld which causes this to happen.
might be that
